This specialized merchant bank serves as a strategic advisor to leading family offices, institutional investors and alternative asset management firms on select opportunities, and invests as a principal across a range of asset classes.   Advisory services include the development of and introduction to direct private investments, special situations as well as investment opportunities with alternative asset managers. Druker Capital also serves as advisor to Alternative Asset firms and large family offices on a variety of strategic initiatives. Recent examples of representative advisory assignments successfully completed include raising institutional acceleration capital for Kellner Capital's liquid alternatives mutual fund focused on merger arbitrage; introducing significant single family office direct investment into the equity of the TGIF Restaurant buyout; introducing both single and multifamily office significant investment into the direct investment in the equity of the Dynacast specialty metals manufacturing recapitalization; introducing private equity joint venture capital to Tribeca Enterprises' subsidiary Tribeca Flashpoint Academy; numerous ongoing strategic advisory and capital introduction for leading alternatives firms, family offices and premier non funded sponsors. Principal activities include Druker Capital public, private and real estate investments, including legacy private investments of the Druker/McCombs Fund and real estate investments of Druker/McCombs Properties. From 2006 to 2009, Druker/McCombs Fund also invested in public securities utilizing a private equity approach, with returns that substantially exceeded the market averages during that time.
